Condolence: For the family, Tim was a great Engineer and team partner for our firm, Urban Engineers, for many years. His attention to detail on a multitude of public works jobs was very beneficial to our clients and greatly appreciated by our firm. He will be missed for his polite professionalism and great sense of humor, especially on topics related to Golf!
We hope to see him again if we are lucky enough to make it to Heaven, as we're sure Tim is there now, hopefully getting great "T Times" with the locals up there!
We'll miss him, but know he's in a better place.
We are all better for having known him, and that's a great epitaph for us all to achieve someday.

Condolence: I had the pleasure of working with Tim for several years at the Delaware River Port Authority and adorned him. Tim was always an absolute gentleman and a true professional. I'll miss our conversations about Las Vegas and the Jersey shore. Tim will be greatly missed.

Condolence: Still can't believe it -- the picture of you is perfect. That's the one thing we all remember of you, your smile. Always ready to treat everyone you met as a friend you just haven't made yet.

Condolence: I offer my sincere sympathy to the Salvatore family. I had the pleasure of working with Tim at Pennoni for several years. He was always thoughtful, cheerful and industrious. I will remember his commitment to his family, particularly his mother, friends and his profession. I also truly appreciated and will remember his unending courage while fighting cancer. He was truly a man of great depth and great character. I was privledged to know him. I am truly sorry for Tim's passing and only hope he has found peace with his mother at this time.
