Nanny

I have no specific story to share about my Nanny because her life was a giant story of its own. Her life can be summed up in just simple words: faith, hope, love and most importantly God. These words meant a lot to her and she lived them. She taught me so many things in life that I will cherish and keep in my heart forever. She always had so much joy in her heart; even at the most sorrowful times, she always put a smile on your face, and made you feel like everything is going to be ok. Though I have learned to cook, bake, sew, crochet, and play all the games properly on "the price is right" one thing she has taught me that is most important is unconditional love. The hallmark of her life was her family and friends and all of us were loved unconditionally by Nanny. Unconditional love was what she had for all of us and she was not afraid to show it. My cousin and I were lucky to have a grandmother like her in our life and though she is not here with us physically she will always be with us in spirt. She loved God and I know for sure she was welcomed into heaven with giant opened arms. Until we see her again, she will live forever in our hearts and in our memories. I love you Nanny so very much and can not wait until I see you again. Thank you for all that you have done for me and Monica and I know you are watching down on us every day with Nonno <3
